We had an amazing stay at this place in Los Cabos! The home was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The location was great, and everything looked just like the photos. Our hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We truly loved the place and hope to come back again soon!

Had a wonderful stay at Nick & Laura’s home! The location is unbeatable and their unit is beautiful and was very comfortable for our group! You get access to all the amenities of the Hacienda Beach Club which is great too! We would love to come back again!

This 2 bedroom suite was just perfect for our recent trip to Cabo with good friends. The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has beautiful views of the Medano Bay. Everything was clean, updated, and superbly stocked. The communication was amazing and the staff at the resort is 5 star. We have stayed at the Hacienda before and it never disappoints. We will be back and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this unit again. Fabulous!

One our best vacations considering this property is in an exceptional resort. One of the most clean, hospitality focused with great attentive to guest comfort. Our host was amazing. Everything exactly as described. I noticed this property was a bit more updated and charming than others at the property. Each unit is unique and this is probably one of the nicest ones. Brand new washer and dryer, all necessities including beach toys and gears were all in the room. I strongly recommend this unit if you’re traveling with a a small group. Especially like me, I was there with my wife and 3 kids. The 2 bedrooms were perfect.

This is a beautiful condo in an amazing, secure location in Cabo. The beds, linens, furniture, AC and well stocked kitchen made our stay so comfortable. The staff, housekeepers, concierge, golf cart drivers and restaurant employees are exemplary. We loved being on the fourth floor as that enhanced the views of the ocean and boats coming and going from the marina. The environment within the resort is peaceful yet walking distance to all the action. We will definitely be back!

The place is even more spectacular than the photo show. It is huge with a great view of the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the beach is close by. Highly recommend.

Wow! What a great condo and in the very best location. We had easy access to the beach, restaurants and is a very short walk to the Marina. The condo is immaculate and very well furnished. We felt right at home and it was the perfect size for us.

Its close to town, its on the beach, it has great swimming pools, it has shows in certain days (we saw lion king), the gym is pretty good, the dry sauna, steam room and many hot tubs (i think 6 in total) are all awesome and on site dining is pretty great. The staff was amazing and our villa was spotless along with our hosts who was amazing

We loved staying at this location. The place is awesome, the staff are great and the unit is beautiful. Very good communication from the host and very attentive to all the details. If you are looking for a place to relax and be in a slow pace environment this is the place. We will be coming back for sure. Highly recommend it.

Amazing property. Close to the main strip with the clubs and restaurants. Even closer to the beach. The property was more beautiful than the photos. Would stay here again when back in town.

We’ve stayed at Hacienda Beach Club many times and this was our worst experience. When we arrived, it felt hot in the unit. We called Hacienda and they assured us that the A/C was working, it would just take a little time to get the unit cooled off. It was 80 inside the unit. They continued to work throughout the day of our arrival but it never got cooler. By the time Hacienda and the owners told us that the A/C would not be fixed, we had already been in the unit for 2 days. All we were told was that the A/C was a bigger problem than they thought and that it would not be fixed during the 7 nights that we were there. The owner offered to bring fans or said we could find our own accommodations but never offered to help us find those accommodations. I was offered a partial refund at the time. The jacuzzi did not work. There were towels out there but no water in it. I was offered no explanation as to why that was the case until we got home. I was told that they don’t keep water in it during the summer. It would have been nice to have for us to sit in (with no heat on) but it was broken. On the balcony of the master and one of the balconies that had an ocean view, there were bathtubs in crates. Again, couldn’t use the balcony and no explanation as to why those were not moved prior to our stay. Our housekeeping was not the same as it had been in the past either. We’ve always had our unit cleaned during the day and then the housekeeper would come back for turndown and pick up our towels and replace with clean ones. We did not get turn down and we had to wash, dry and replace our own towels which we don’t want to do on vacation. If you’re familiar with the property, the pool is on one end and this unit is on the opposite end. It’s the furthest you can get from the pool. You are right next to Corazon hotel and you can hear club music throughout the night. The prices for food and beverage are absolutely absurd and it hasn’t always been that way. $20 USD for a beer at the pool. $25-$30 USD for a cocktail. $20 USD for a virgin drink for our kids. When I got home, I reached out to the Cabo Way about the partial refund. A day or so went by and I did not hear anything. I had to dispute the charge on my CC to get their attention. They asked me what I thought was fair. I said 50%. After a week or more, they responded that they spoke to the owners and were only offering 20%. The only had excuses. “The A/C was working right before you came”. “They snuck the bathtubs on the balcony between guests”. “We don’t keep water in the hot tub during the summer bc it’s hot”. I responded that I didn’t believe that was fair but am being ghosted again. It is just not what it used to be. The property is showing its age. You can spend the same money, and stay at a nicer, more reliable place. The Hacienda staff is still very nice. I’ll never rent through The Cabo Way again.

This is one of the best places I have stayed in Mexico! We travel a lot and thought we would take a chance in Cabo for the first time. We usually go to Hawaii, but I have to say this is now our new found place, and thanks to the host we lucked out by getting a place that was like paradise!

The property is beautifully decorated and has all of the extras we needed for our days at the beach and for preparing meals at home after a long day in the sun! Our host was so responsive and helpful! The location is perfection, just a short walk to the beach, marina and shopping. The only downside for us was that the pool and poolside restaurant/bar was under construction, but we knew that it was scheduled and were able to use the pool at a nearby resort. We will definitely be back and will be delighted to see the completed renovations. On a side note, the little restaurant downstairs was delicious and so convenient! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Our family had a great stay at Laura & Nick’s place! They were excellent hosts and the villa was spacious and close to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5. The Estancia Resort is also very nice and we enjoyed all the amenities and restaurants on the resort property.

This property was great for us. I left early each day to go fishing and my wife enjoyed staying there through the day, watching the beach from the balcony. There are a few places within walking distances to get food and beverages, which gave her variety. All of town amenities 5-15 minutes away. Extremely convenient as it's on the beach but the also the highway, so we had a little road noise at night through the bedroom window. Nice black out shade on the bedroom window, so easy to sleep in. Can't think of any legit negatives. Would be glad to stay there again.

Amazing place that has a view of the ocean from the deck. Ownership was very good communicators and made the stay enjoyable. Very well decorated and a great place to stay.

Fantastic Condo in Cabo Peninsula Community. The three towers are private and peaceful and the view is the best part. Sunsets were insane every night! The location is perfect and Ubers into town are super easy and we usually less than $8-10 each way. If you go down into the Quivera community or Pueblo resorts, you must take a Taxi back, since Ubers can only drop off, not pickup. Only hiccups with our stay was in some of the noticeable maintenance items, which the host Salvador was very responsive of logging for future repair. Also, one of main reasons we stayed here was for the access to the Quivera community and the golf course. Though it is not included in the condo description, I had to learn the hard way that making a tee time required me to wait until less than 24 hours to book and to pay in advance. The round was amazing and worth it in the end but just something to know ahead of time. We def will stay again next visit. Thank you

We had 8 people and had plenty of room. The views are amazing and the location was perfect. It is a stunning home. We didn’t want to leave! Laura reached out frequently to make sure everything was going well. 10/10 experience!

Great place to stay with the best views of the sea. This is a very private resort with no public access unless you’re a registered guest. The property is very quiet and great for relaxation and getting away from busy city environments. Pretty much all the villas had great ocean views. The beach was a little rough but still fun to swim in. The swim up bars and grill were too notch with the best service. There are three properties on this compound and you can eat at any of them, they are nice properties with great restaurants. Laura and Nick were great host with super responsive messaging with any inquiries.

Wonderful residence and great location. Services and facilities were amazing. Only recommendation is to find a way to reduce noise in guest room from rooftop bar next door and possibly add additional blinds to reduce sunlight. Other than that we had the best experience!

We have stayed at many differences at the Marina Sol residences and this one was one of our favorites. We love this location in Cabo. Everything is walkable & you only need transportation to & from the airport. We will be back!

Loved this condo! Everything you need for a week away from home with kids including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry machines, and some pool toys and things too. Also had the amenities you expect from a hotel- cleaning, room service, pool, front desk, etc. We really loved it and we’ll be back soon!

Excellent experience with this property. The condo was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We had an issue with the gas BBQ. The property management came within 10 mins to fix it. Highly recommend the property.

We had an excellent stay at the Hacienda in Cabo! The property was exactly as described, and the VRBO listing and photos were completely accurate. The location was perfect, the home was beyond clean, and we really appreciated the continued cleaning throughout our stay. The host was also incredibly communicative and responsive, which made everything seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I stayed here for around 4 days and it was amazing. It was beautiful!! I loved every moment of it. The area is close to a lot of places also so that was a plus. On chill days you can just go to the pool. Very lovely house!

I really loved this place. A lot of managed condos have a lot of arbitrary rules like you have to sign a blood oath and naming rights to your first born just to get a pool towel. Every request was accommodated quickly. We only ate on site once and it was good. We ate at local restaurants in the neighborhood and enjoyed all of them. We used the private chef recommended for 2 days and their food was delicious. We had enough for leftovers the next day which made the trip more relaxing when not worrying about what to eat. We did a kayaking and snorkeling tour which we enjoyed. The stay comes with daily housekeeping and she even folded our clean clothes. When we had an AC issue they fixed it promptly. We almost didn’t book because we didn’t know they had a pickleball court so were pleasantly surprised they did. The pool was so warm and lovely with poolside service. We will definitely come back.

The location of this condo is great. Surf breaks like Zippers and the Rock are a short walk away. The condo itself is very clean and well appointed with everything a proper beach vacation needs. The complex has a very quiet, calm vibe and the hosts were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be back.

Do not hesitate to book this beautiful condo. It is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The check in process was excellent having someone meet us and walk us through the property was super helpful. Also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Can't wait for another visit!

This place was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed everything about it. The views from the hill were fantastic, the place was homely and pristine, and the neighbourhood serene. This is the perfect luxury getaway and I highly recommend because I will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic stay! The hosts were amazing and quick to respond to any questions we had. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was beautiful, spacious and spotless. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The balcony was huge and the views were awesome. Property was stunning and the staff was outstanding. Only place we will stay in Cabo.

Perfect and peaceful beachfront condo on a great surf break; two surf rental shops to choose from. Loved that the condo had a small cooler, two beach chairs and an umbrella. Only downside was some road noise from the bedroom, so best to bring ear plugs or a sound machine if you require white noise to drown out the highway. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking; TVs had apps for movies and world cup games. We’ll be back!
