Amazing place that has a view of the ocean from the deck. Ownership was very good communicators and made the stay enjoyable. Very well decorated and a great place to stay.

Fantastic Condo in Cabo Peninsula Community. The three towers are private and peaceful and the view is the best part. Sunsets were insane every night! The location is perfect and Ubers into town are super easy and we usually less than $8-10 each way. If you go down into the Quivera community or Pueblo resorts, you must take a Taxi back, since Ubers can only drop off, not pickup. Only hiccups with our stay was in some of the noticeable maintenance items, which the host Salvador was very responsive of logging for future repair. Also, one of main reasons we stayed here was for the access to the Quivera community and the golf course. Though it is not included in the condo description, I had to learn the hard way that making a tee time required me to wait until less than 24 hours to book and to pay in advance. The round was amazing and worth it in the end but just something to know ahead of time. We def will stay again next visit. Thank you

Great place to stay with the best views of the sea. This is a very private resort with no public access unless you’re a registered guest. The property is very quiet and great for relaxation and getting away from busy city environments. Pretty much all the villas had great ocean views. The beach was a little rough but still fun to swim in. The swim up bars and grill were too notch with the best service. There are three properties on this compound and you can eat at any of them, they are nice properties with great restaurants. Laura and Nick were great host with super responsive messaging with any inquiries.

We have stayed at many differences at the Marina Sol residences and this one was one of our favorites. We love this location in Cabo. Everything is walkable & you only need transportation to & from the airport. We will be back!

Loved this condo! Everything you need for a week away from home with kids including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry machines, and some pool toys and things too. Also had the amenities you expect from a hotel- cleaning, room service, pool, front desk, etc. We really loved it and we’ll be back soon!

I stayed here for around 4 days and it was amazing. It was beautiful!! I loved every moment of it. The area is close to a lot of places also so that was a plus. On chill days you can just go to the pool. Very lovely house!

I really loved this place. A lot of managed condos have a lot of arbitrary rules like you have to sign a blood oath and naming rights to your first born just to get a pool towel. Every request was accommodated quickly. We only ate on site once and it was good. We ate at local restaurants in the neighborhood and enjoyed all of them. We used the private chef recommended for 2 days and their food was delicious. We had enough for leftovers the next day which made the trip more relaxing when not worrying about what to eat. We did a kayaking and snorkeling tour which we enjoyed. The stay comes with daily housekeeping and she even folded our clean clothes. When we had an AC issue they fixed it promptly. We almost didn’t book because we didn’t know they had a pickleball court so were pleasantly surprised they did. The pool was so warm and lovely with poolside service. We will definitely come back.

Do not hesitate to book this beautiful condo. It is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The check in process was excellent having someone meet us and walk us through the property was super helpful. Also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Can't wait for another visit!

This place was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed everything about it. The views from the hill were fantastic, the place was homely and pristine, and the neighbourhood serene. This is the perfect luxury getaway and I highly recommend because I will definitely be coming back.

Woww súper recomendable !

Perfect and peaceful beachfront condo on a great surf break; two surf rental shops to choose from. Loved that the condo had a small cooler, two beach chairs and an umbrella. Only downside was some road noise from the bedroom, so best to bring ear plugs or a sound machine if you require white noise to drown out the highway. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking; TVs had apps for movies and world cup games. We’ll be back!

We truly enjoyed our quiet stay at Mira Vista. From meals on the patio overlooking the ocean, to relaxing in the pool, this is a little piece of paradise. Starting on Costa Azul was an extra treat.

This condo was absolutely perfect. The space was quiet, comfortable, and beautiful, not to mention the surroundings - beautiful pool, easy beach access, and lots of activities right outside our door (surfing, fishing, etc.). Laura was quick to respond with any questions and we ended up returning for an extra night because we were so pleased with the accommodations. We hope to visit this same spot again soon.

Would definitely stay at this resort and this room again. The Estancia Resort is excellent...the staff, beach location, amenities, cleanliness, etc. Our room was spacious and clean. Communication with Laura and Nick, the concierge and onsite host were all quick and responsive before and during our stay. Our only slight comment is due to our personal preference. The king bed pillows and mattress are a bit too soft for us, we just prefer firmer. We absolutely loved it here!

Best place to stay if you are going to party and have fun not recommended if you want a quiet place but the best if you are there to have fun

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We stayed with another family and traveled with our kids. The location was perfectly located so we never needed a car or to haul the kids far to find plenty of options for food and fun. The pool was beautiful and I loved having a full gym to work out in. The beach access was easy and not congested. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at Hacienda Residences. Our Penthouse was perfect with plenty of space, great views, and all the amenities (gym, pool, food, etc) were amazing. If you want to walk to all the action, you can. But the best part is that even though you are close to it all, you feel like you have your perfect slice of quiet/peaceful paradise at the Hacienda Residences. The beach is perfect for swimming, and the pool is as good as it gets! I highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time getting to dwell in this beautiful condo! It was so peaceful, relaxing, stunningly beautiful views and the best hosts who were so helpful and responsive!! So grateful we got the chance for this to be our home while staying in San Jose Del Cabo! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo had everything we needed. A beautiful view, beach access, pool access, walkable to delicious restaurants, a friendly host. They even had a beach umbrella, chairs, a beach bag and hat —- and I’m so thankful because we left ours at home. We had a beautiful sunrise in the mornings and gorgeous sunsets and moonrises in the evenings. We can’t wait to go back.

Laura & Nick's place at The Hacienda is absolutely incredible. The pool, beach access, and amenities are all top notch. We definitely plan to visit again! Laura & Nick were also super responsive and friendly.

We went recently with family and enjoyed our stay very much. We had other family members staying at the Corazon (for a wedding) and it was very easy to walk over as well as convenient to pay the daily minimum at restaurants/bars to use their facilities. The walk to Medano beach is very short. I would highly recommend this listing!

The condo was lovely! Very nicely decorated, very clean and well stocked with essentials. The beds were comfortable. The view off of the balcony was so beautiful. Everyone at the resort was very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely come back.

Initially this was going to be an easy 5-star review. Great location, very walkable, super easy access to the garage since it’s on the ground floor. But a few things have to be addressed before this can truly be a 5-star review: 1) The address showed on Airbnb is incorrect, or at least it’s missing the exact location. It took us 10 minutes to actually find the building 2) The bodywash dispenser in both bathrooms was broken 3) The AC in both bedrooms is great but in the living room it’s not strong enough. It was just warm in there. We went in April and it was ok but I can foresee this being a real issue in the middle of the summer 4) Somebody parked on our parking spot. For almost 24 hours 5) There was a strong smell of smoke in the house on multiple days, especially in the bedrooms. One morning was so bad we just had to leave the house I understand #4 and #5 are not necessarily the host’s fault but they did impact the quality of our stay. Especially with young kids.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here with my children! The location truly couldn’t be better! Just steps from the beach with an amazing view, and so close to some of the best restaurants in the area. We would walk at night to our favorite spots to eat! It was incredibly convenient to be able to walk to places like Walmart for quick groceries, and anything else was just a short Uber ride away. Also a quick walk to the marina! The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless, and the hosts were gracious, easy to communicate with, and very responsive throughout our stay. They also helped coordinate our transportation to and from the airport, which made everything even easier. Overall, such a memorable experience for our family, we will absolutely stay here again!

We had an outstanding stay. The unit is spacious, well-designed, and set up perfectly for a group—everyone had their own space without ever feeling disconnected. The outdoor areas were a big plus for relaxing and dining. The location is hard to beat—easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Everything you need is right there. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, and the overall experience felt seamless. You can tell this place is run professionally.
